Woven polypropylene sacks are considered to be the strongest packaging bags used, to pack materials such as seeds, fertilizers, sand, metal parts, concrete, garden or document waste. Woven sacks are made by using a number of polypropylene threads woven in two directions to form a very light but strong fabric for packing of materials. Each woven sack has a choice of a standard or a thicker denier for the weaves used in the threads. All our pp woven sacks are not just flexible, strong and reusuable but water proof and U.V. protected against the sun. The polypropylene sacks also have a stiched hemmed bottom for added strength.

Masplas stocks various sizes of woven sacks from small size 25 x 30cm upto a larger 97 x 112cm. We also stock sand bags which have proven beneficial in the recent flooding efforts for barricades and flood defences. All polypropylene woven sacks can include a liner. The liner adds extra protection from outside elements and any form of leakage for packaging of finer materials like grain or animal feed. We also sell 1 tonne FIBC bulk bags, these heavy duty woven sacks with 4 loops can have open tops, skirt tops or filling spouts. Masplas can even make custom size woven sacks or bulk bags to any specifications.
